Greater Orlando, commonly referred to as the Orlando metropolitan area, Metro Orlando, and for U.S. Census purposes as the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area, is a metropolitan area in the central region of the U.S. state of Florida. Chartered in 1929 as the “Orlando Automobile Dealers Association,” the Central Florida Auto Dealers Association (CFADA) is the state’s second largest metro automotive trade association representing franchised new car dealers.
